Here BPC-157 comes already dissolved in water, filled into an amber bottle with a metered nasal pump, in 15 mL or 30 mL sizes. The peptide is exactly what we put in our lyophilised vials — the synthetic 15-residue gastric pentadecapeptide Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val, made from raw material of ≥99% HPLC purity. Only the format changes: because it is supplied as a solution, there is no weighing, reconstituting or transferring of powder.

Solution formats of BPC-157 exist at all because it copes with aqueous storage better than most peptides of comparable length. With no cysteine or methionine in the sequence, the oxidation pathways that limit many peptides in water do not apply, and four prolines stiffen the backbone. That stability is relative, though — heat and light still degrade it — so keep bottles upright in the fridge, protected from light and never frozen.
