Nicknamed “Wolverine”, this blend packs two of the most-researched peptides in repair models into a single lyophilised vial: BPC-157, the 15-residue fragment of a gastric protective protein, and TB-500, the acetylated heptapeptide carrying thymosin beta-4's actin-binding region. They are present in equal amounts — 5 mg of each in the 10 mg vial and 10 mg of each in the 20 mg vial.

A pre-blended vial is the practical choice when a protocol needs both sequences at a set ratio and reconstituting them separately would mean extra handling, more stopper punctures and one more opportunity for pipetting errors. We synthesise each peptide individually, purify it by reversed-phase HPLC to ≥99%, and only then combine and co-lyophilise them — so the certificate of analysis reports the two components separately rather than the blend as one figure.
