## Description

Two growth-hormone secretagogues that work by different mechanisms share this co-lyophilised vial. CJC-1295 without DAC — sold too as Modified GRF (1-29) — is a 29-residue GHRH analogue with four substitutions that make it resistant to dipeptidyl peptidase-4; it acts on the GHRH receptor of somatotroph cells. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor, the receptor used by ghrelin, and is the most selective of the GHRPs commonly studied.

Four fills are available: 4 mg (2/2), 10 mg (5/5), 20 mg (10/10), and a kit of ten vials each holding a 5 + 5 mg cake — so both a pilot and a long series can come from one lot number. Remember that equal weights do not mean equal numbers of molecules: at 3367.93 and 711.85 g/mol, each 5 mg/5 mg cake contains about 4.7 molecules of ipamorelin per molecule of the GHRH analogue.
