## Description

Every capsule holds 10 mg of Epitalon, with thirty capsules per bottle — 300 mg of peptide altogether. The active ingredient is the synthetic tetrapeptide Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly (also called epithalon or AEDG), CAS 307297-39-8, formula C14H22N4O9, molecular weight 390.35 g/mol. It is the same substance we sell as lyophilised powder and as a metered nasal solution, made from peptide of ≥99% HPLC purity with a certificate of analysis for each lot.

Epitalon comes from the Khavinson bioregulator programme, where it was created as a defined synthetic equivalent of Epithalamin, a polypeptide extract from the pineal gland. It is among the most researched members of that family, featuring in studies of telomerase expression in cultured human fibroblasts, melatonin rhythms and pineal signalling, and lifespan and tumour-incidence outcomes in rodents.
