## Description

Lean Stack is a research blend of four components in one 36 mg lyophilised vial. It combines two peptides acting on the growth hormone axis, one peptide of mitochondrial origin and one growth-hormone fragment analogue: 10 mg each of tesamorelin, ipamorelin and MOTS-c, and 6 mg of AOD-9604.

They belong to four different families. Tesamorelin is a stabilised GHRH analogue that binds the pituitary GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide agonist of the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a and works through a separate secretagogue route. MOTS-c is a 16-residue peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA and studied in connection with AMPK signalling. AOD-9604 is a modified segment of the C-terminal region of human growth hormone, researched apart from receptor-mediated growth hormone effects.

Combining the four in one vial helps labs running multi-pathway metabolic panels, where making up four separate solutions would add avoidable variability. Peptide Medix EU delivers the blend as lyophilised powder with each component HPLC-assayed to ≥99%, and the lot's certificate of analysis reports every peptide separately. It is a research chemical for laboratory use only.

## Frequently asked questions

### What makes up the 36 mg?

10 mg tesamorelin, 10 mg MOTS-c, 10 mg ipamorelin and 6 mg AOD-9604. The certificate of analysis for your lot gives the exact content of each and is the authoritative record for the vial you receive.

### Why are both tesamorelin and ipamorelin included?

Each acts on the growth hormone axis via a different receptor — tesamorelin at the GHRH receptor, ipamorelin as a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist. Having both means a study can address two upstream mechanisms from a single preparation instead of two.

### Is every peptide tested on its own?

Yes. The lot's certificate lists HPLC identity and purity for each of the four components rather than one blended value. Ask for the current lot COA if you want to see it before you order.

### Is it equivalent to buying four vials?

Not exactly. A blend fixes the component ratio so it can't be changed, but it saves three reconstitutions and three dilution calculations. When a protocol needs to vary one peptide against the others, separate vials are still the right choice.

### How is the reconstituted vial stored?

At 2–8 °C, in the dark, with the reconstitution date written down. If your protocol involves repeated withdrawals, split it into smaller aliquots — repeated warming and freeze–thaw cycles are a frequent cause of peptide loss in solution.
