This ready-mixed spray combines two heptapeptides, both stabilised with a Pro-Gly-Pro tail, at 1:1 by weight in one 15 mL bottle fitted with a metering pump. Semax (Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, CAS 80714-61-0) is modelled on the ACTH(4–10) fragment; Selank (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro, CAS 129954-34-3) is modelled on tuftsin, a four-residue peptide cut from immunoglobulin. Both were built on the same principle — an active fragment extended with a proline-rich end that exopeptidases can't easily attack — so they behave similarly in formulation and dissolve together happily in one water-based vehicle.

The bottle is sold with two fills: 5 mg of each peptide (10 mg altogether, roughly 0.33 mg/mL of each) or 10 mg of each (20 mg altogether, roughly 0.67 mg/mL of each).
