Accessibility statement

Our target

Our goal is Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 — the level cited by the European standard EN 301 549 and by the European Accessibility Act. It is a benchmark, not a certification: rather than a single audit, we check the site against it on an ongoing basis. The site is offered in ten European languages.

Measures in place

• Semantic structure — headings are genuine and correctly ordered, pages use landmark regions, lists are coded as lists and tables have proper header cells, so navigating with a screen reader behaves as it should.
• Keyboard access — you can reach and use every interactive element with the keyboard; focus is always visible, and a skip link jumps to the main content.
• Contrast — we check body text, interface labels and interactive states against the 4.5:1 threshold (3:1 for large text).
• Reflow and zoom — layouts are built with relative units and collapse into one column, so the site works at 200% zoom and on narrow screens without sideways scrolling.
• Motion — animations are purely decorative and switch off completely for anyone using prefers-reduced-motion.
• Forms — each field keeps a visible label, errors are announced instead of being shown by colour alone, and required fields are marked in words as well as visually.
• Images — product photos have descriptive alt text, and purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• No time pressure — nothing moves on automatically, and no action has a time limit.

Limitations we know about

We prefer to list these openly rather than pretend they aren't there:

• The research reference catalogue is presented as a broad data table, which on small screens scrolls sideways inside its own box. The search field above the table is the easier way into that data and the main way we expect it to be used.
• Scientific notation and chemical formulas in some product specifications are read out clumsily by screen readers. That stems from the notation itself rather than our markup, but we are exploring improvements.
• On long guide pages the table of contents sits in a sidebar; on small screens it appears collapsed beneath the article instead of staying fixed.

If anything on this site stops you finding information, comparing products or ordering, email info@peptidemedixeu.com with the page address and a brief account of what went wrong. If possible, mention the assistive technology and browser you used — that speeds up the fix considerably.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day. If a problem prevents you from ordering, let us know and we will take your order by email while we repair the underlying issue.
