Switzerland, the UK and other non-EU destinations
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland and the United Kingdom are outside the EU single market. We review shipments there case by case, because import rules for research reagents differ by jurisdiction. Tell us the destination before you order and we will confirm whether we can ship and which documents the parcel will carry.

How much does shipping within the EU cost?
A flat €12 per order, whatever the EU destination. Standard shipping is free on orders of €250 or more.
Will I pay customs duties on an EU delivery?
No. Shipments between EU member states are not subject to customs duties. VAT is shown on the invoice according to EU rules for your country and customer status.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items ship on the business day after payment clears. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days from dispatch — an estimate that varies by destination region.
