Two growth-hormone secretagogues that work by different mechanisms share this co-lyophilised vial. CJC-1295 without DAC — sold too as Modified GRF (1-29) — is a 29-residue GHRH analogue with four substitutions that make it resistant to dipeptidyl peptidase-4; it acts on the GHRH receptor of somatotroph cells. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor, the receptor used by ghrelin, and is the most selective of the GHRPs commonly studied.
Four fills are available: 4 mg (2/2), 10 mg (5/5), 20 mg (10/10), and a kit of ten vials each holding a 5 + 5 mg cake — so both a pilot and a long series can come from one lot number. Remember that equal weights do not mean equal numbers of molecules: at 3367.93 and 711.85 g/mol, each 5 mg/5 mg cake contains about 4.7 molecules of ipamorelin per molecule of the GHRH analogue. The pairing exists to test whether signalling through the GHRH receptor and through the secretagogue receptor on the same somatotroph simply adds up or does more than add — a question that also needs single-agent control groups, for which the individual vials remain essential.
What sets this listing apart
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin combines CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin in one listing (4/10/20 mg). Components that are also sold on their own are linked below, each with its own specification and COA.

Questions about CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin
What separates CJC-1295 with DAC from the version without?
With DAC, the peptide carries a Drug Affinity Complex maleimide that attaches to serum albumin, keeping it around for days. The No DAC form in this blend lacks that group, so it acts for a short time and produces a distinct pulse — the very reason researchers interested in pulsatility select it.
Is each peptide tested separately?
Yes. An independent lab establishes the purity and identity of each peptide by HPLC and mass spectrometry before blending; the resulting certificate carries the lot number printed on your vial and can be requested.
What does “10 mg (5/5)” mean?
That is the total amount of peptide in the vial, shared equally by both components — 5 mg CJC-1295 (No DAC) plus 5 mg ipamorelin. The 20 mg vial has 10 mg of each. They are dried together into one cake, so after reconstitution the solution is fixed at 1:1.
Why ipamorelin instead of an older GHRP?
Early studies found ipamorelin to be exceptionally selective for its receptor (GHS-R1a): it triggers growth hormone release while barely moving cortisol, ACTH or prolactin, unlike GHRP-6 or GHRP-2. When those other hormones could distort what you are measuring, that selectivity becomes important.
