There is no peptide, drug or liquid of any sort in the box — it is purely hardware.
The two figures that count are gauge and length. Gauge is inversely related to diameter, so 32G is among the finest widely available sizes, with an outside diameter of about 0.23 mm, and 4 mm is at the short end of pen-needle lengths. Current needles of this type generally have thin walls to keep the inner bore wide, a silicone-coated cannula and a multi-bevel lancet point — features that lower the force needed to penetrate and that distinguish one 32G needle from another far more than the gauge figure itself.

What do 32G and 4 mm refer to?

Do they fit every pen device?
