This Growth Hormone Stack brings together three secretagogue peptides, each in its own sealed vial: CJC-1295 without DAC, ipamorelin and sermorelin. All are studied for their role in pituitary growth hormone release, yet they reach it via two different receptor systems — which is exactly what makes the set valuable in comparative designs.
Sermorelin corresponds to the first 29 amino acids of human GHRH — the smallest piece of the hormone that still fully activates the GHRH receptor. CJC-1295 without DAC (also sold as Mod GRF 1-29) is that same 29-residue piece with four amino acids replaced to fend off enzymes, so it lasts longer than native sermorelin. Ipamorelin comes from an entirely different family: a synthetic five-residue peptide that switches on GHS-R1a, the ghrelin receptor. Its original characterisation found it unusually selective, barely affecting cortisol or prolactin in the animal studies reported.
Having the three in separate vials lets you study the GHRH-analogue arm and the ghrelin-receptor arm on their own, or test sermorelin directly against its stabilised variant. Every vial has passed HPLC testing at ≥99%, has its own lot certificate, and is intended solely for laboratory research.

Questions about Growth Hormone Stack (CJC-1295 · Ipamorelin · Sermorelin vials)
How do CJC-1295 no-DAC and sermorelin differ?
Both are built on the 1-29 fragment of GHRH. The no-DAC CJC-1295 has four swapped residues that protect it from being cut by enzymes — above all DPP-4 — so it survives longer than plain sermorelin, though both act at the same receptor.
Is something missing in “no-DAC”?
Only the drug affinity complex. Complete CJC-1295 carries a maleimide that binds serum albumin and keeps it present for days; the no-DAC version, also known as Mod GRF 1-29, is far shorter-acting and is chosen when a brief pulse is the goal.
Why pair a ghrelin-receptor agonist with two GHRH analogues?
Because the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) and the GHRH receptor are two independent ways of signalling to the same pituitary cell. To compare or combine them, a study needs one compound from each family — and on the ghrelin side, ipamorelin is the selective option researchers usually choose.
Is each vial tested on its own?
Yes. Each vial comes from a separate production lot and has its own certificate stating HPLC identity and purity for its peptide, so the kit includes three documents. You can ask for the current certificates before you place an order.
What is the shelf life of the sealed vials?
Kept sealed in the freezer (−20 °C) and away from light and damp, freeze-dried peptide generally stays stable for well over a year. For the exact limit on a given vial, go by the retest date shown on that lot's certificate.
