Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide modelled on the ACTH(4-10) fragment — Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, CAS 80714-61-0, C37H51N9O10S, 813.93 g/mol. What is inside the package?

How much Semax does one press release?
It depends on the volume your pump actually dispenses, which you should determine by weighing rather than reading off a data sheet. Delivered mass is that measured volume times the assayed concentration; check it again during the study.
Does the kit come with a COA?
The Semax, yes: reverse-phase HPLC shows at least 99% purity and mass spectrometry confirms its identity, and we'll send the certificate for the vial's lot number on request. The spray bottle and the diluent are equipment and consumables, not analysed peptide.
For how long is the made-up solution usable?
We can't give a figure — your study needs to find that out. The buffered diluent contains a preservative, but in water methionine still oxidises and peptide is still lost to surfaces. Store the bottle upright, cold and in the dark, and measure the concentration both when you start and when you finish using it.
