Semax is a synthetic seven-residue peptide based on the ACTH(4-7) fragment, extended with a C-terminal Pro-Gly-Pro that increases stability. Selank uses the same Pro-Gly-Pro approach but starts from tuftsin, a tetrapeptide from the heavy chain of immunoglobulin G. Both originated at the Russian Academy of Sciences and are described mostly in Russian-language publications. Dihexa has no structural relationship to them: it is a small molecule derived from angiotensin IV — N-hexanoic-Tyr-Ile-(6)aminohexanoic amide — researched in connection with hepatocyte growth factor and its receptor, c-Met.
Every vial has its own lot number, its own HPLC assay at ≥99% purity and its own certificate of analysis. What links Semax and Selank with Dihexa?
The research context, not the chemistry. Semax and Selank are related neuropeptides stabilised with Pro-Gly-Pro; Dihexa is an angiotensin IV derivative studied in the HGF/c-Met pathway. The kit therefore covers three distinct mechanisms instead of three versions of one.
Is a separate COA supplied for each vial?

Does Dihexa dissolve as easily as the others?
No. Semax and Selank go into bacteriostatic water readily, but Dihexa is much more lipophilic and may take longer or need a co-solvent compatible with your assay. Test solubility before making up a whole vial.
