The three compounds in this kit approach one broad research question from different directions. NAD+ is the coenzyme that shuttles electrons in metabolism and is consumed by sirtuins, PARPs and CD38 — the basic currency of research on redox balance and DNA repair. MOTS-c is a 16-residue peptide encoded by mitochondrial DNA and investigated in models of AMPK signalling and one-carbon metabolism. SS-31 is a four-residue peptide that alternates aromatic and positively charged amino acids and is studied because it reportedly binds cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane and shapes the folds (cristae) of that membrane.
Between them they span coenzyme supply, metabolic signalling and the structure of mitochondrial membranes — which is why labs comparing bioenergetic interventions often run all three together. Each vial comes with its own Certificate of Analysis for its lot.
What sets this listing apart
NAD+ Longevity Stack combines MOTS-c and SS-31 (Elamipretide) in one listing. Components that are also sold on their own are linked below, each with its own specification and COA.

Questions about NAD+ Longevity Stack (NAD+ · MOTS-c · SS-31)
What does the kit contain?
Three freeze-dried vials, each sealed separately — NAD+, MOTS-c and SS-31 — and each with the certificate of analysis for its own lot. None of them is pre-mixed: you dissolve and use every compound independently.
Are the three combined in a single vial?
No. Unlike a co-formulated blend, the stack keeps them apart, so you can set each concentration independently, include single-compound control arms and reconstitute them on different days as your protocol demands.
What is the logic of pairing NAD+, MOTS-c and SS-31?
Each targets its own level of mitochondrial biology: NAD+ provides the coenzyme and acts as a substrate for enzymes; MOTS-c is a metabolic signalling peptide linked with AMPK; and SS-31 is investigated for binding cardiolipin and for its effects on the structure of the cristae.
Has each vial been tested independently?
Yes. Every component is HPLC-analysed to ≥99% purity with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, and a separate Certificate of Analysis for each lot — not one kit-level document — is available before purchase.
What storage does the kit need?
Unopened vials: −20 °C, away from light and moisture. Reconstituted solutions: 2–8 °C, protected from light, aliquoted for repeated use and clearly labelled with compound, lot and date.
Is the stack cheaper than individual vials?
Yes — the three-vial stack costs less than the three vials bought separately, which is the practical reason many labs order it when a study series needs all three compounds.
