Here BPC-157 comes already dissolved in water, filled into an amber bottle with a metered nasal pump, in 15 mL or 30 mL sizes. The peptide is exactly what we put in our lyophilised vials — the synthetic 15-residue gastric pentadecapeptide Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val, made from raw material of ≥99% HPLC purity. Only the format changes: because it is supplied as a solution, there is no weighing, reconstituting or transferring of powder.

Solution formats of BPC-157 exist at all because it copes with aqueous storage better than most peptides of comparable length. With no cysteine or methionine in the sequence, the oxidation pathways that limit many peptides in water do not apply, and four prolines stiffen the backbone. That stability is relative, though — heat and light still degrade it — so keep bottles upright in the fridge, protected from light and never frozen. Among our nasal products, BPC-157 is also combined with TB-500 in a single bottle for tissue-repair studies that want both sequences given by the same route from one preparation, instead of two separately actuated bottles.

What sets this listing apart

Questions about BPC-157 Nasal Spray

Is this the same peptide as in the lyophilised vials?

Yes — the same BPC-157 of ≥99% HPLC purity, with identical CAS number, molecular formula and 15-residue sequence. The difference is purely presentation: it comes pre-dissolved in a metered nasal pump rather than as powder you have to reconstitute.

How do the 15 mL and 30 mL bottles differ?

Only in volume. Both are filled from one bulk solution at the same nominal concentration, so the 30 mL bottle contains twice the material and covers a longer study. The peptide loading of your particular lot appears on the label.

Is a certificate of analysis supplied?

Each bottle can be traced to a COA for the peptide used in its fill, showing HPLC purity of ≥99% and identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. Give us the lot number from the label when you ask for it.

When is a nasal format better than powder?

A pre-mixed solution rules out reconstitution errors and keeps concentration uniform throughout a study, and it is the right test article when mucosal delivery itself is under investigation — deposition, clearance, route comparisons or formulation stability. If you need to set concentrations for assays, the lyophilised vial gives more freedom.

How stable is BPC-157 once dissolved?

For a peptide it is unusually robust in water, which is why solutions of it are made. But that is a relative statement: store it cold, dark and upright, remember that warmth and light speed up degradation, and in longer studies confirm the concentration analytically instead of trusting the label.

Can I use it as a needle-free option for myself?

No. Whatever the packaging suggests, this is a research chemical, not a medicine or consumer product, and it is supplied only for laboratory investigation.
