Aimed at connective-tissue research, this kit contains four peptides — BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and ipamorelin — each in a separate sealed lyophilised vial. It builds on the familiar three-peptide repair set by adding a growth hormone secretagogue, giving an otherwise purely local panel an endocrine dimension.

BPC-157, a synthetic 15-amino-acid sequence, has been studied widely in rodent tendon and ligament models. TB-500 mirrors the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4 and runs through the cell-migration literature. GHK-Cu, a tripeptide carrying copper(II), has a long in-vitro track record in collagen and matrix-protein synthesis by cultured fibroblasts. Ipamorelin is the odd one out — a selective five-residue agonist of the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a — and it is here because growth hormone and IGF-1 signalling come up again and again in connective-tissue research next to local repair processes.

With four separate vials you have four independent variables: keep the three local peptides constant while changing the secretagogue arm, or use any subset as a control. Each vial has its own lot number, an HPLC assay at ≥99% purity and a certificate of analysis. For laboratory research only.

Questions about Joint & Tendon Stack (BPC-157 · TB-500 · GHK-Cu · Ipamorelin vials)

What is ipamorelin doing in a tendon and joint kit?

Connective-tissue studies repeatedly link growth hormone and IGF-1 signalling with local repair. Ipamorelin brings a systemic secretagogue arm to a panel that would otherwise address only tissue-level processes, and keeping it in its own vial lets you tell the two arms apart.

How is it different from the Wolverine Stack?

The Wolverine Stack has three vials: BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. This kit adds ipamorelin as a fourth, stretching the panel from local repair into growth-hormone-axis signalling; the format is otherwise identical.

Is there a COA for each vial?

Yes. Each of the four vials comes from a different production lot and has its own certificate giving HPLC identity and purity for that peptide — four documents in all, and you can ask for the current ones before ordering.

Which vial gives a coloured solution?

Only GHK-Cu. Its light blue colour is due to the copper(II) held inside the tripeptide and shows the complex is dissolved and intact. BPC-157, TB-500 and ipamorelin all dissolve to clear, colourless solutions.

May I use only part of the kit?

Yes — that flexibility is a key benefit of the format. Any vial can be run by itself or left out as a control, and unopened lyophilised vials kept sealed at −20 °C, away from light and moisture, remain stable for well over a year.
